Foils

Due to own extrusive line and its spare capacity Sporten offers: production of foils usable in building industry and agriculture, half-finished products in the shape of plates or bands for automobile and other industries, production of foils or boards usable for sequential vacuum-moulding.
It is possible to fabricate various materials, e.g. HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PA, PSh, PP, TPU, PSPE..
Parameters of final product depend on requirements and potentiality of the line, which are: foils in thickness 0.5 - 2.5 mm, boards in thickness up to 4 mm, width of foils and boards 80 cm at maximum, if required also preliminary treatment by corona, incorporation of protective foil, various colour finishes, finish smooth, patterned, extruded with canvas - on one or both sides in width 75 cm.
Production from supplied material or from granulate is also possible.
From our products we can offer simple composting units, which can satisfy many gardeners.
